C H E E R S - CELEBRATING 26 YEARS

to 26 years and being born on National Coffee Day! Isn’t that funny? I’m a crazy coffee drinker and now I know why!

I always like to share a couple of things I’ve learned from the past year:

1. To be more patient

Lord knows I had to bite my tongue a couple of times and understand that I had to just wait for the right time to say what I needed to say. Having more patience has truly helped me grow as a person and I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today without it.

2. Trust that things happen for a reason.

Things goes along with having more patience that everything happens for a reason. I have to fully believe in this because y’all some of the things I’ve done, wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t just let go and believe in this fully. From moving to Tulsa to moving back to Texas and living in Houston, everything I’ve done has happened to prepare me for where I am today.

3. To never stop working hard for what you want.

THIS ONE. Oh man. I’ve been working for what I’ve wanted and dreamed of for years. Has it been hard? YOU BET. Will it get harder? YOU KNOW IT. This year has brought lots of tears, good and bad, but I’m finally working for myself and doing what I’ve always dreamed of! I went to NYFW for crying out loud and that has been a dream of mine since I was 10 years old. Hard work will pay off!

4. Speak what you want into fruition.

Y’ALL! This one is a BIGGIE! Speaking what you want into the universe helps drive you forward. Make it your daily chant. Tell the universe what you want every single day in the mirror. I did this numerous times over the past year and I’ll continue to do so into the next!

5. Take a couple risks here and there.

It’s all about a little risk, baby! Taking a rssk can be extremely daunting and scary but oh my, when it pays off, it pays off! I took so many risks this year on my business and working for myself, but with hard work and dedicated, I’m living a life, I never thought I’d see at 26!

Love Always,
